Registration Procedure

Pre-Registration
On-line Registration
Please click the "On-line Registration" button at the bottom of this page.

2)

On-site Registration
Please make payment at the On-site Registration Desk.

Payment Method

All payment must be made in Japanese yen.

Credit Card
American Express, Visa, MasterCard, Diners Club and JCB are acceptable.

2)

Bank Transfer
Remittance must be completed within 7 days after "On-line Registration".
Bank account information will be provided on the last page of the "On-line Registration".
Please note that all transfer charges must be paid by participants.

Online Registration Flow

Please access the online registration system through the button and enter your profile. URL is sent to your email address to set up Login ID and password. Please select your registration category and other options. Please choose a payment method either by credit card or by bank transfer. * Pending registration is automatically cancelled after 1 hour unless a payment method is decided on. Confirmation letter can be printed out when the payment is confirmed. Please print out your confirmation slip by clicking the "Confirmation sheet" button and bring it with you to the On-site Registration Desk. We will give your name badge and receipt in exchange for your confirmation slip.

[Note]
You can edit your profile, ID and Password on your account page in "My LaCool" by the dead line of pre-registration.

Confirmation / Receipt

The Confirmation Letter can be printed out through the "On-line Registration" page, when you complete the payment.

* NOTE

• The Confirmation Letter can be printed as many times as you wish by October 31, 2018.
• The Receipt can be issued at the Registration Desk on-site.

Cancellation Policy

* 100% of your total amount will be charged if you cancel your registration before the dead line of pre-registration.

* Please burden bank transfer fee at your expense for refund.
We are not able to refund your money after you have pre-registrated.

The deadline for online registration is September 14, 2018 (JST).
