Mentor-Mentee Lunch – June 16

The format for this lunch workshop will be an informal group discussion among 1-2 mentors and 6-8 students/postdocs per table. During lunch, each participant will be able to ask questions about careers in science in a casual and relaxed environment. 

If you are a student/post-doc interested in such a discussion or if you are a mentor willing to host one of tables, please sign up for this option through on-line together with the registration, There is no additional charge for participation, and you will receive further details by e-mail if you choose to attend.  Those who choose not to participate in the Mentoring Lunch will receive lunch elsewhere in the venue.

    Please note that ALL transfer charges must be paid by participants.
    Bank account details will appear on the last page during on-line registration process or will be automatically e-mailed to you after completion of on-line registration.

Confirmation/Receipt

  • You will receive a confirmation e-mail within 24 hours from the registration desk.
  • Registration confirmation and receipt will be printable on-line after completing the registration.
  • Please do not lose your registration ID and password. Those will be required to print the registration confirmation and receipt.

**NOTE**

  • Please remember to take your registration confirmation to the congress venue to pick up your congress kit upon arrival.
  • Registration confirmation can be printed as many times as you want at any time until June 18, 2011.
  • A receipt can only be printed once. Please inquire the registration desk if you failed to print.

Refund policy for Conference Registration

Cancellations must be sent to Registration Desk in writing by fax or e-mail.
The amount of refund will depend on the date of cancellation, as follows:

  • Cancellation received By Mar. 7, 2011: 50% refund of the total fees
  • Cancellation received After Mar. 7, 2011: No refund

**NOTE**

A change cannot be made on the on-line registration system after the completion of registration.
If you have any changes in your registration, please inform Registration Desk by e-mail.
