| The secretariat is pleased to provide the accommodation fee of the lecturer from abroad (Hote: Nishitetsu Inn Tenjin only, up to 3 nights) as well as registration fees. Furthermore, traveling expenses of the lecturer will be partially supported. |

| 1. How to Register |
| This is a Web-only call for abstracts, and requires online registration. You can register by clicking the "Registration" button at the bottom of this page. |

| 2. Abstract Submission Period |
 |
| During the submission period, you may edit the abstract you registered online. However, the system will automatically close down at noon of the end date, and you will not be able to make edits or delete your registration after this point. |

| 3. Presentation Format |
- Oral (PC presentation)
- Poster (We may ask you to make the presentation with a PC instead)

After reviewing abstracts submitted as a part of the special program, we may ask that it be presented as a general abstract. |
The presentation format will be determined by the Congress Secretariat according to session scheduling. |

| 5. Points to Note During Registration |
| 1) About the login ID and password |
| |
Registrants should use their own login IDs and passwords. By using a login ID and password, registrants can edit their registration information as many times as they want (until noon on Tuesday, May 25, 2010). The responsibility for safeguarding the login ID and password rests with the registrant. In addition to the registration, editing, modification and deletion of the abstract, registrants will need their login ID and password to confirm whether the submission has been received and whether the abstract has been selected. Please be sure to record them safely. For information security reasons, please note that we cannot answer inquiries regarding these issues. |

| 2) Word limits, etc. |

- The word limit for title: 20 words in English
- The word limit for abstract: 400 words in English
- The maximum number of authors allowed (lead author and co-authors): 11
- The maximum number of organizational affiliations allowed: 5
