* Participants who tick “Yes” for AOFNMB membership in the on-line registration can register as an AOFNMB member. The AOFNMB secretariat will contact participants by e-mail with an introduction on how to pay the membership fee.
** For Trainee/Graduate Student/Student: Registration will only be considered upon receipt of a copy of a valid student ID or certificate of trainee via email to the Registration Desk (reg-aocnmb2017[A]convention[D]co[D]jp (Please change [A] to @,[D] to .)). “Graduate Student” DOES NOT INCLUDE graduate students of medical school and/or graduate student who has full time job.
*** For Accompanying Person: "Accompanying Person" must be a spouse or family members of the registered participants. Accompanying Persons are prohibited to enter Scientific Programs, Sponsored Programs and Poster Presentations including poster viewing corner

Registration Procedure

1) On-line Registration

Please click the " On-line Registration" button at the bottom of this page.
*Please note that registration by e-mail or post or phone CANNOT be accepted.
If you have difficulties in online registration, please contact the Registration Desk for assistance.

2) On-site Registration

Please make registration & payment at the On-site Registration Desk.

Payment Method

All payments must be made in Japanese yen either by credit card or by bank transfer.
No other type of payment will be accepted.

Credit card

American Express, Visa, MasterCard, Diners Club, and JCB are acceptable.

Bank transfer (Telegraphic transfer only)

Remittance should be arranged within 10 days after your registration.
Please note that participants must pay all transfer charges.
When arranging a bank transfer, the following information is required on the remittance form:
Overseas remittance: Put your application number (issued upon completion of online registration)
Domestic remittance: Put the participant's name in the sender's field

Registration Confirmation

A confirmation letter and receipt can be printed out through the registration page, when you complete the payment.
Please remember to bring your confirmation letter to the Congress venue to pick up your congress kit.


A receipt will be handed over with a congress kit at the registration desk on site.
If you need a receipt prior to the congress date, please contact the registration desk by e-mail.


Cancellation must be made at your personal page.
Please log in to your personal page with your ID number and password.
You can make changes to your reservations from your personal page by pressing the "Revise" button on the right hand side of each box.
Cancellations received by Thursday, July 31, 2017:
100% of the total will be refunded.
Cancellations received by Thursday, August 31, 2017:
30% of the total will be refunded.
Cancellations received after Friday, September 1, 2017:
No refund.
Please note that all refunds will be made after the congress.
Participants are responsible for the transfer costs for cancellation refunds.
