Directions for Submission

  • Complete the necessary procedures for the early-bird registration through the below site.
  • First make an account at the abstract submission page ( LaCool) through the below link.
  • For step-by step instructions, follow the directions provided on the below PDF
  • If you should have any difficulties, please FIRST visit our FAQ page.
  • Please note that abstract submission is limited to TWO (2) abstracts (1 oral and 1 poster) as the first author per presenter.

  • You will not need to complete the payment to submit an abstract.
  • There are two separate registration systems ①Amarys for conference registration and accommodation②LaCool for abstract submissions .Please further note that the login ID is not the same for both sites.
  • All abstracts must be submitted through Online Abstract Submission System.
    Abstracts submitted by postal mail, fax or email will not be accepted.
  • No submission or modification of abstracts is possible after 17:00, May 31 (Tue), 2016.

Abstract Length

Please keep your abstract length within the following limits.

  • Abstract Body : 2,500 characters, including spaces and punctuation
  • Abstract Title : 150 characters, including spaces and punctuation
  • Number of Authors : Up to 10 authors
  • Number of Affiliations : Up to 10 institutions

* First author is considered as the presenting as well as corresponding author.

* Please do not include authors’ information within abstract body. Any authors’ information within abstract body may be deleted from publication.

APACPH 2016 Program Committee will select Young Investigator Award (YIA) and Poster Award based on the peer review and the on-site evaluation.

1. Young Investigator Traveller Award (YITA)

Prize: Transportation fees and accomidation fees to attend the conference.

Prize: 80,000 JPY

*Please declare “Category (Student / Postdoc)” of first author.

3. Poster Award

Number of Awardees: 10

Prize: Commemorative Gift

*All posters are evaluated on-site for Poster Awards.

The award ceremony will be held on the fianl day of the conference (September 19, 2016).
Please note that you must be present at the ceremony to be eligible for awards 2. and 3.

Award 1. Will be selected by the executive committee while awards 2, and 3 will be selected by the scientific committee.

Please note that you will lose an entitlement for the award in case you are unable to attend the ceremony.
