Confirmation

Upon completion of your registration with payment, you can print out registration confirmation and receipt of fee through Congress Web Site's registration page. (ID and password, to be registered at first login, will be required again for this function.)
Please remember to take your registration confirmation to the congress venue.


Cancellation Policy

  • Please notify us for any changes regarding your registered information either by e-mail or FAX.
  • Please contact Management Secretariat for inquiries regarding the registration.
  • Cancellation must be made to the Management Secretariat in writing either by e-mail or FAX. The amount of refund will depend on the date of cancellation, as follows:
  • 1）Cancellations received by (JST) May 31(Thu.), 2012: 100% of the Total Amount Paid
  • 2）Cancellations received by (JST) June 18(Mon.), 2012: 50% of the Total Amount Paid
  • 3）Cancellations received on or after (JST) June 19(Tue.), 2012: No Refund
