Call for Abstracts
If you would like to present your research at ASPIRE 2012, please submit your abstract following the instructions as below.
1. How to submit your abstract
Abstract submission for 4th Congress of the Asia Pacific Initiative on Reproduction (ASPIRE 2012) has been closed.
2. Deadlines for Regular Abstract Submission (Please be punctual)
The deadline for abstract submission has been postponed until the midnight on April 10th(Tue.), 2012.
Abstract submission for 4th Congress of ths Asia Pacific Initiative on Reproduction (ASPIRE 2012) has been closed.
Acceptance / rejection of abstracts will be notified to the submitters around the end of April.
Registration and any alternation after this date are NOT allowed.
It is recommended to submit your online registration form earlier, in order to avoid heavy traffic to access the website.
It is crucial to submit your abstracts on time, preferably earlier. Please value punctuality.
NOTES
- Abstracts submitted must contain original work. The work must not have been either 1) presented at a meeting of another national or international scientific organization prior to this meeting, or 2) submitted for publication at the time of submission of the abstract.
- Abstracts must be approved or exempted by the appropriate institutional Review Board (IRB) with jurisdiction or equivalent if any human subjects or any human materials were utilized.
3. Regular Abstract format and presentation style
- (1) Language
- Regular abstracts must be written in English.
- (2) Presentation style
- You may select either 1) Oral or 2) Poster presentation.
- (3) Category
- Please select the closest category from the index that describes your abstract subject the best.
- (4) Abstract booklet
- Accepted abstracts will be published in Abstracts booklet, in which abstract title, text, author's name and organizational affiliation will be printed exactly as you registered on the website. We recommend you to carefully read the instructions on this website before filling out required information upon submitting your abstract.

4. Registration
- (1) Abstract Deadline

- Please follow the instructions on the online registration form to properly register your abstract.
- (3) Abstract text Instructions
- (1) Enter the body of your abstract.
- (2) Do not include the title, authors, or institutions.
- (3) Place the first letter on the left end without a space.
- (4) The size of box may vary depending on the browser you use.
(In some cases, it might appear very wide. If you find that inconvenient, add line breaks to your text. These line breaks will be deleted automatically on the transmission).
- (5) The maximum number of characters for abstract body is 2,000.
(The total number of characters for your abstract is 2,200 including the title, the names of authors, institutions, spaces, etc.)

- To access your abstract, it is required to enter your registration number and password. Access and revising your abstract is allowed until March 31(Sat.), 2012(JST). Please also be informed that we will not be able to assist you for security reasons under any circumstances, therefore it is recommended that you write your registration number and password down and keep it safe. Your registration number and password are required for confirming the result of the abstract review.
- (5) Inquiry on abstract registration
- Abstract registration does not require any other information by mail. For further inquiry concerning online abstract registration, please contact the ASPIRE 2012 Abstract Registration Division by e-mail or fax.
