Information about Tax Treaty
Due to changes in the tax treaty, and in order to claim benefits under the new tax treaty, we would like to ask invited speakers whose places for tax payments are one of those countries below (please see the Country and Region List) to submit the tax treaty documents to us by post by July 31 (Tue.), 2012.
Please note that we need the documents before the meeting.
We appreciate your very kind cooperation in advance.

*It takes few months to prepare the documents in the USA, UK, Australia, and France.
