1. Registration

* Please register and receive your nametag at the registration desk.

* With your nametag, you will receive a ticket for a congress bag. Please bring your ticket to the congress bag exchange desk to receive your congress bag.

* All congress registrants are required to wear their nametag in order to entry to the sessions and exhibition.

3. Registration Fee

* Credit card (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, Amex, Diners) is available.

* Medical staff: Nurse, Pharmacist, Radiological Therapist, Clinical Engineer,Physical Therapist, and Occupational Therapist.

* Student must show his/her student ID card/certification.

* Get Together Party Admission fee is included in registration fee.

4. e-Poster

All of the registered poster data will be freely viewable on PCs and iPads set up at the congress venue.

5. Luncheon Seminar and Evening Seminar

  • The ticket to the seminars will be provided at the following ticket desk.
  • The ticket is required to attend Luncheon Seminars which will be distributed on the day of the seminar held with a first-come-first-served basis at the following ticket desk, and those holding the numbered tickets will be admitted to Luncheon Seminar on a priority basis.
  • Please note that the ticket will be invalid after the appointed seminars start.
  • There is no voucher required for Evening Seminar. Please feel free to participate Eveing Seminar. Box meals on October 29 will be provided in front of the session rooms.
