The on-line registration allows you to pay either by credit card or by bank transfer to be arranged within 10 days. No other type of registration is acceptable. Terms of Payment All participants must be registered and make payments in Japanese Yen (JPY) to the designated account for ICAME2011. Payment methods are either by credit card or bank transfer only. No other method is acceptable. With confirmed full payments, the registration will be considered complete and valid. Registration fees will be charged based on the date of payment accordingly. <By credit card> Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Diners and JCB are accepted. It is a pay-as-you-go process that enables you to complete the registration in one access. <By bank transfer> (Telegraphic Transfer Only) Bank account information will be obtained from the last page of on-line registration or from an auto-reply email delivered to the registered email address after the completion of on-line registration. When arranging a bank transfer, the following information is required on the remittance form:
Confirmation and Receipt Registration confirmation and receipt will be available to download and print out from the registration site for the congress website after payment is confirmed. If you select bank transfer, a confirmation can be available after the registration desk confirms a payment. The registration desk will inform you by an e-mail when printing becomes available. Please remember to bring a registration confirmation to the registration desk at the congress, delegate badges and congress bag will be handed out on-site. **NOTE**
Cancellation Policy Cancellation must be informed to the Registration Desk in written form by an e-mail (icame2011reg@convention.co.jp) or fax (+81-3-5283-5952). Refund due to cancellation will be based on the date of a cancellation notice received.
