| The conference will be arranged with invited and selected talks. No parallel sessions are planned. Therefore most of the contributions will be presented as posters in the poster sessions. The programme committee, however, will select 6 papers for 5min short presentation in each poster session, to encourage students and post doc. |

| Tutorial lectures |
Tutorial lectures will be held on Sunday 25th 2011 at Sourakuenn-kaikann in Motomachi-Kobe. You have to register on this webpage.
Please make payment only by cash for registration fee JPY 2,000 at the
conference site.
The text book of "Tutorials on Mössbauer Spectroscopy (Editors: Y. Yoshida and G. Langouche)" will be published from Springer.
One of the main purposes of ICAME2011 is to create the new generation for Mössbauer spectroscopy.
We would highly appreciate, if you could attend the conference with your young colleagues. In addition to the normal oral session, 6 short-oral presentations for 5 min. will be planned especially for such young students and post-doctoral fellows just before each poster session, in order to motivate them.

| The strategy for publishing the proceedings |
In ICAME2011 we have completely changed the strategy for publishing the proceedings in Hyperfine Interactions:
| 1. |
|
The publication procedure of the program committee should be finished within one month after the conference. |
| 2. |
|
To achieve this goal, the deadline for the manuscript will be set on September 1, 2011. |
| 3. |
|
The first referee report is expected to be by the first day of the conference, i.e. September 25, 2011. |
| 4. |
|
During the conference we will kindly ask referees to discuss any problems with the authors. |
| 5. |
|
The first author then should make the corrections quickly, and send the final manuscript to the program committee within two weeks after the conference. |
| 6. |
|
All data of the manuscript will be sent to Springer on October 29, 2011. Springer will further work out how to publish them on the Hyperfine Interactions. They will contact the authors when they will produce the final proof of the papers. |
| 7. |
|
We expect that all publishing procedures will be finished within November, 2011. |
| 8. |
|
The deadlines will be strictly kept not only for the authors, but also for the referees. If someone does not respond punctually, we will change the referee or reject the papers immediately after the deadlines. |
| 9. |
|
This strategy is mainly to add an advantage, i.e. "quick publication", for the participants. We hope this helps Hyperfine Interactions slightly more attractive, on which many ICAME proceedings have been published. This is one of the most important databases and a mile stone toward the publication of a database for the future. |
| 10. |
|
The final accepted version of all peer reviewed conference manuscripts will be published on the MEDC website, with the consent of Springer. They can be downloaded free of charge. As soon as they are published in the journal, a final table of contents of the corresponding Hyperfine Interaction issues will be provided by Hyperfine Interactions and also listed on the MEDC website, to ease correct citation of the conference articles. |
| 11. |
|
"Color figures" can be used for the first time not only in the open access version, but also in the final printed version. The organizers are expecting that both the quick publication schedule, i.e. two months after the conference, and the color pages, will be attractive for the participants who consider publishing their research works in the proceedings. |
