Registration Details

  • All participants (including speakers) are requested to register ON-LINE. For advance registration, please click the button to start the registration processes.
  • ICPT 2009 accepts ONLY credit card payment.
    Credit card:

    • (5) Diners Club

    All of your information will be secured by SSL.
  • A registration confirmation and receipt can be printed out through the registration site, once the payment has been completed.
  • Each registrant must register individually, except for group registration of local industrial sponsoring companies. For group registrations, please contact the ICPT2009 Secretariat.
  • If you could not register successfully through the Internet, please contact the ICPT2009 Registration Desk.
  • Registration will be closed on November 5.
    After this date, registration will be possible on-site during the conference.
  • Registration fee includes the banquet to be held on November 19.

Cancellation Policy

If written notice of cancellation reaches the Registration Desk:

  • Before October 31, 2009, JPY4,000 cancellation fee will be deducted from the refund.
  • After November 1, 2009, no refund will be given. Yet, a copy of Proceedings & CD will be sent to the registrant afterward.
  • For any further inquiry, please contact the ICPT2009 Registration Desk.
