Guideline

Participants are kindly invited to register in advance for the congress. On-line pre-registrations will start on September 2, 2013 and will close on January 15, 2014. After the pre-registration closes, you are kindly requested to register on-site from March 13, 2014.

The deadline for registration has been extended until January 31 (Fri), 5:00 PM, Japan time.

The registration payment for the pre-registration is accepted by:

Cancellation Policies

The registration fee cannot be refunded under any circumstances (100% No refund).

Change
You can change your registration information on the registration page by yourself anytime until January 15, 2014.
After January 15, 2014, please inform the registration desk by email.
