As our late pre-registration has been closed at November 5, we decided to accept of "On-Site 1 Day Pass". This is the primary registration fee of On-Site registration drop to half its usual fee. When people who missed the pre-registration or can participate in just a day, please take advantage of this and join our Congress.

Payment Method

All payment must be made in Japanese Yen by:

• Credit Card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Diners Club, and JCB)
• Bank Transfer

Bank account information is provided on the last page in on-line registration and an automatic E-mail will be sent to you upon completion of on-line registration.
* Bank transfer must be arranged within 7 days after registration.
* Please note that ALL transfer charges must be paid by participants.

When arranging a bank transfer, the following information is required on the remittance form:

Overseas remittance:

Include your application number (issued upon completion of on-line registration) and the participant's full name

Domestic remittance:

Include the participant's full name in the sender's field

Confirmation of Registration

Registration Confirmation and receipt will be available to download and print out from the registration page of the congress website after payment is confirmed. Personal ID and password set at first log-in will be required again.

Please remember to take your registration confirmation to the congress venue to pick up your congress kit upon arrival.

**NOTE**

• If you select bank transfer, printout of confirmation can be made after the registration division has confirmed the payment. The registration division will inform you by e-mail when the printing is possible.
• Registration confirmation can be printed as many times as you want at any time by November 27, 2012.
• A receipt can only be printed once. Please inquire the registration division if you failed to print.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Cancellation must be notified in writing to the Registration Division by e-mail to reg-9idfwpr-4aasd@convention.co.jp.
2. All refunds will be made after the Congress for administrative reason.

Please be note the following cut-off date for cancellation.

By August 31, 2012 --------------	Full Refund (4,000 JPY will be subtracted, without any exception, for administrative handling charge.)
From September 1, 2012 -------	No Refund

A change cannot be made on the on-line registration system after the completion of registration.
If you have any changes in your registration, please inform the registration division by e-mail.

Visa Information

A visa is required for citizens of countries and regions that do not have visa exempt agreements with Japan.
Visa process differs from country to country. Please contact the Consular Section of the Embassy or Consulate General of Japan nearest you for inquiry.

The standard processing period is five working days. However, if any kind of checking is required (the submission of additional documents, an interview with the applicant, inquiries, etc.), the examination may take longer than five working days (from several weeks to several months) so it is recommended that you make the application with plenty of time.
