ADA CERP

This continuing education activity has been planned and implemented in accordance with the standards of the ADA Continuing Education Recognition Program (ADA CERP) through joint efforts between the University of Texas School of Dentistry at Houston —Office of Continuing Education and the International Federation of Endodontic Associations.

Attendance at selected sessions earns a maximum of 6 credit hours in Endodontics, Surgical Endodontics, Diagnosis and Medications (Endodontics), and Endodontic Infections, (AGD Code-070, 071, 072, and 079).

Those who want to receive CE credits in this Congress, please come to the “General Information” desk located at the registration site and receive an Application Form. In the Form, you are requested to write Course Verification Codes, which will be provided in the Plenary and Keynote Lectures, and then present the filled Form with the application fee (JPY 6,000. Payment by cash only) to General Information desk.
