Registration Procedure :

  1. Registration confirmation and receipt will be printable on-line after completing the registration.
  2. Please bring the “Confirmation Letter” and scan the bar code on it with Convention Automated Registration Machine (CARM) on site.
  3. Name badge will be issued according to an instruction.

<On-site registration>

  1. Please fill out “Registration form” at registration desk.
  2. Please submit the form at on-site registration desk and make the payment, then you will receive your name badge.
    * Payment must be made in JPY (Japanese Yen), by cash or with a credit card at the congress site. Please note that neither personal checks nor any other currencies will be accepted.
    (Credit Card : American Express, Visa, MasterCard, Diners Club and JCB are acceptable.)

Please wear your name badge at all times during the congress for identification and security purposes. Only registered participants wearing a name badge will be allowed access to the session rooms, exhibition and social programs. The name badge can only be issued once.

This continuing education activity has been planned and implemented in accordance with the standards of the ADA Continuing Recognition Program (ADA CERP) through joint efforts between the University of Texas School of Dentistry at Houston -Office of Continuing Education and the International Federation of Endodontic Associations.

Attendance at Plenary and Keynote Lectures earns a maximum of 6 credit hours in Endodontics, Surgical Endodontics, Diagnosis and Medications (Endodontics), and Endodontic Infections (AGD Code-070, 071, 072, and 079).

    Tokyo Metropolitan Government offers Tokyo City Tours and Cultural Programs for overseas delegates and accompanying persons of the 9th World Endodontic Congress of IFEA. All tours and programs are free of charge and conducted in English.
    Please sign up at “TOKYO CITY TOUR” desk in the registration area of Tokyo International Forum. Booking will be made on a first-come-first-served basis.
