Cancellation Policy
The Congress will refund registration fees to prepaid participants who cancel their registration, with the amount of the refund based on the date of cancellation.
For cancellations made before July 15, 2010, a handling fee of 20% of the registration fee will be deducted from the refund. After this date payments cannot be refunded under any circumstances.
