You can register on-line by clicking 'Registration'. Participants are kindly invited to register in advance for the symposium. On-line registrations are possible from July 21, 2011 to March 15, 2012.

* Registration fees do not include Banquet.
** On-line registration must be accepted by March 15, 2012. After that date you are kindly requested to register on-site from May 20, 2012
*** Students must provide availed proof of current student states (e.g. a photocopy of student ID card or the identification paper signed by advisor.)
**** The banquet will begin at 19:00 on May 23, 2012 at "Hakata Hyakunen-gura Ishikura Shuzo".

* On May 24, a luncheon is prepared on the way to Saga (One Day Tour).

Registration payment in advance is accepted by:

Cancellation Policies
Registration fee cannot be refunded under any circumstances (100% No refund).
  • Change
    You can change your registration information on the registration page by yourself anytime until March 15, 2012.
    After March 15, 2012, please inform the registration desk by email or FAX.
  • Cancellation procedure
    Cancellation must be made by informing the registration desk in writing by e-mail or FAX.
