Participants are most welcomed to submit original abstracts to be considered for presentation at ISNS2010.
The abstract must represent original and previously unpublished work. All abstracts should be submitted online. The Abstract submitted by post, fax or e-mail is not acceptable. If you have difficulties in submitting abstract online, please contact the secretariat for assistance.

The abstract must be prepared in ENGLISH.
The title of the abstract:
The title should be no longer than 175 characters including spaces (approx. 25 words),
and must be brief and identify the nature of the study.
The body of the abstract:
The abstract body should be no longer than 2,100 characters including spaces (approx.300 words), and must contain:
- A sentence stating the purpose of the study
- A summary of results
- A brief description of methods if pertinent
- A statement of conclusions reached
The abstract may NOT contain any figures or tables.
Please select a topic and corresponding topic which are most applicable to your study.
You may also specify the preference for an oral or poster presentation.
Please note that the program committee will make the final allocation if the abstract is accepted.
We are also planning the following sessions as highlight of the congress.
- Evidence based on multicenteric clinical trials
- Ongoing prospective trials
- Breakthroughs in sentinel node technology
- Novel cancer therapy targeted on sentinel nodes
- Future perspectives
Abstracts will be reviewed and selected by the program committee.
Authors will be notified of selection at the end of August 2010 to the e-mail address registered.
The Organizing Committee of the 7th International Sentinel Node Society Meeting
(ISNS2010) encourages young investigators' participation;
Participants whose abstracts are of outstanding quality will receive Young Investigators Award (a grant).
An applicant for Young Investigators Award must:
- Be under the age of 40 at the time of application;
- Be the first author of the abstract and the presenter of either an oral or poster presentation;
- Be pre-registered for the Congress and complete the payment of registration fee before one's presentation;
- Obtain a visa for entering Japan prior to the Congress, if necessary.
If you are eligible for Young Investigators Award and wish to apply,
please select "I apply for YIA" when you submit the abstract through the Congress Website.
This option will appear on the last page during your online abstract submission process.
