* "The 12th Annual Meeting of Japanese Society for Sentinel Node Navigation Surgery (Japanese session Only)"
will be held on Wednesday, November 17 at Pacifico Yokohama.
* "The 4th Scientific Meeting of the Japan-Hungary Surgical Society" will be held from Thursday, November 18 to Saturday, November 20 at Pacifico Yokohama.

All payments must be made in Japanese yen.
The payment in other currencies will not be accepted.

Cancellation must be made to the Registration Desk by e-mail, fax or letter.
The amount of refund depends on the date of cancellation:
- Cancellations received by noon, Wednesday, September 1, 2010 (JST):
50% of the total will be refunded.
- Cancellations received after noon, Wednesday, September 1, 2010 (JST):
No refund.
Please note that all refunds will be made after the congress.
Participants are responsible for the transfer costs for cancellation refunds.
