Regular and Student congress badges permit access to the congress from Monday, April 14 to Thursday, April 17, 2014. Your badge must be visible at all times during the congress.

The congress bag with the final program and all submitted abstracts on a USB flash drive will be distributed to all registered participants at the registration desk.

Lunch boxes will be provided at the sponsored Luncheon Seminars on a first-come, first-served basis.
The welcome reception will take place at the poster area following the Poster Presentation I on Monday, April 14.
The banquet will take place at “Toei Kyoto Studio Park” on Wednesday, April 16. Shuttle buses will depart between 17:10 – 17:40 from the main entrance of the congress venue faced on Nijo-dori street.
Please make sure to bring your banquet ticket, which will be handed out at the registration desk to participants who have registered for the banquet. If you have not pre-registered for the banquet, you can purchase a ticket for JPY 4,000 at the general information desk located next to the registration desk. Please note that we only have a limited number of tickets available on-site.
