| Things to bring | Your Identification of Meeting participation / Your child's disposable diapers And Please prepare according to the needs of your child. |
| Meals | We offer infant formula and a feeding bottle free of charge. If you prefer to bring your child's feeding bottle, we are willing to use it. Baby foods and juice are offered at an additional charge. Children meals from the hotel room service are also available. |
| Health condition | Please be reminded we cannnot accept your child when he or she has fever over 37.5 ℃, infectious diseases, is in poor physical condition, or is not being suitable for group nursery. * Nursery staff cannot give any medication. |
| Insurance | We join the insurance in case of any accidents / injury. However, it is beyond the coverage if the accidents are not due to negligence of the sitter or in the case of force majeure. "The 82nd Annual Scientific Meeting of the Japanese Circulation Society" does not to take any responsibility. |
