Only foreign participants can register on this website. Foreign participants are strongly advised to register for the Conference in advance. Japanese participants, who even live outside of Japan must register on the following website.

Japan Circulation Society provides discounted rate for a group over 10 participants.

Payment Procedure
Payments by credit card will be accepted.
The due date for the payment is February 22 February 28, 2018. Please note that payments will not be accepted after this date. closed
Confirmation
Gone to "My page" from the button of "Registration & Confirmation", then click on the "Display Confirmation Sheet" button and print out the Confirmation Sheet.
Please print out your confirmation slip by clicking the "Confirmation sheet" button and bring it with you to the On-site Registration Desk.
Cancellation
To amend or delete registered content, click on the "Confirm/Purchase/Edit/Cancel/Additional application" button on "My Page", then use either the "Edit" or "Cancel" buttons.
*Please note that no refunds will be made after your registration payment has been completed.
