Abstract Submission for Scientific Sessions

Abstract submission for scientific sessions is now closed. All abstracts submitted will be reviewed by the Scientific Committee and those accepted will be published in the Book of Abstracts. Authors will be notified by 31 March, 2012.

We are now accepting abstracts for poster sessions under the 12 main topics, and encourage researchers in the field of these studies to make a submission and join us in Osaka for WFHSS 2012.

Please click the button at the bottom of this page to register your abstract. When registering, please read carefully the guidelines and instruction in the Online Application System, and follow all steps described therein.

All abstracts must be submitted online. Abstracts sent by FAX, e-mail, or post will NOT be accepted.

Deadline

23:59 of July 30, 2012, Japan Standard Time (GMT+9)

Please note that after 23:59 of July 30, 2012, acceptance of abstracts through the server will automatically be closed and submissions will no longer be accepted.

The Internet line is prospected to be busy just before the deadline, so we recommend that you submit your abstract(s) early.

Abstracts submitted after the deadline of the 15th of January will not be accepted.
