We would strongly advise you to register in advance so that you may receive the benefits of a reduced price, and avoid long queues at the on-site registration desk on the congress days.

Registration Fee

• Registration fee includes: program, abstract, coffee break, boxed lunch, welcome cocktail
• "Student" is a student of a college, or undergraduate student of a university, excluding postgraduate students.
• "Exhibitor" is a staff from a company or an academic society who has applied for an exhibition booth of WFHSS 2012.
• "Accompanying person" is a spouse or a family member of the registered delegate.

Cancellation

In case of cancellation, your registration fee will be refunded after deducting the cancellation fees as shown below. (Any bank charges incurred through reimbursement of cancelled participation will be charged to the participant.)
