Outline of the Abstracts

1)

In principle, this is Poster Presentation.
However some abstracts will be selected as Oral Presentation in the meeting.

2)

Regular abstracts must be written in English.

3)

All abstracts MUST use the template and follow the instructions listed below.

Guideline of the Abstracts

• The title of the abstract: 20 words or less
• The body of the abstract: 600 words or less

It may include one diagram, which should be in GIF or JPEG format and of 10MB or less in size. However, in case the abstract includes a diagram, the body of the abstract should be 500 words or less.

Accepted abstracts will be published in the Programme book, in which the abstract title, text, author's name and organizational affiliation will be printed exactly as you submit.

Acceptance Results

The final decision to accept or reject the submitted abstracts will be made by the Congress Chairperson. We will inform the result to the first author around September.
