All applicants are asked to submit abstracts only online, and are required online registration.

The deadline for abstract submission has been extended until January 6 (Mon), 5:00PM, Japan time.
During the submission period, you may edit the abstract you registered online. However, the system will automatically close down at 17:00 P.M. on Friday, December 20, 2013, Japan time, and you will not be able to make any corrections or delete your registration after this point.

The presentation format will be determined through the peer review of each abstract by the Scientific Program Committee, and then announced via the Secretariat of APPS2014
submitter of abstract should use their own registration number and passwords. By using a registration number and password, submitter of abstract can edit their registration information as many times as they want (until noon on December 20, 2013, Japan time). The responsibility for safeguarding the registration number and password rests with the registrant. In addition to the registration, editing, modification and deletion of the abstract, submitter of abstract will need their registration number and password to confirm whether the submission has been received and whether the abstract has been selected. Please be sure to record them safely. For information security reasons, please note that we cannot answer inquiries regarding these issues.
Word limits, etc.
The word limit for abstract: Up to 1,000 characters in English
The maximum number of authors allowed (lead author and co-authors): 10
The maximum number of organizational affiliations allowed: 12
The columns marked "Required" must be filled in, or the registration will not be accepted.
