1) Registration Desk
The Registration Desk is open in the Lobby on the 2nd floor of the PACIFICO Yokohama

2) Registration Fee
Please visit the Registration Desk and pay the Registration Fee of 15,000 JPY (on-site registration only).
The Congress only accepts registration by Cash (no credit card).
Please note that the receipt of the registration fee cannot be reissued when lost or left behind.
3) Name Badge
You will be provided with a name badge when you register at the Registration Desk.
The Name badge must be worn all the times during the Congress Period.
Program and Abstracts
Program and Abstracts are available on site (2,000 JPY). Please ask for a receipt if needed.
Luncheon Seminar
Those who wish to participate in the Luncheon Seminar should obtain their lunch-coupon at the counter situated in the Lobby on the 2nd floor of the PACIFICO Yokohama. Lunch-coupons are distributed during the following times. One coupon per person only. Please note that the coupons are valid only up to the seminar starting time. After the seminar starts, those without a coupon can participate in the seminar if there are seats available.
