Dear Colleagues,

We are pleased to announce that 34^th Annual Meeting of the Japanese Association for Chest Surgery (JACS) will be held in Fukuoka, JAPAN in 2017.

The 34^th JACS meeting will be held in Fukuoka International Conference Center for two days on May 18 and 19, 2017. The theme of the meeting will be "Spirits of Thoracic Surgery - Inherited mindset and Skills- ". We expect to have more than 1,000 scientific papers and about 2,000 meeting participants.

International session will be held during the meeting in English.
Additionally, we are very excited to offer Travel Grant (50,000 Japanese yen) to selected international abstract presenters and we hope that you will consider submitting an abstract.

Fukuoka is close to the Asian continent, and development over the course of its long history as an international trading zone. Located just ten minutes from the city, Fukuoka Airport boasts the best access time in the JAPAN and an outstanding living environment, in fact, lists Fukuoka as one of the the world's most livable cities.
