2. Registration Procedure
1) Pre-Registration
Please click the "Pre-Registration" button at the bottom of this page.
Upon receiving your application, you will receive an email confirming your registration. If you do not receive the email within 30 minutes, inform the Registration Desk by email to reg-cvit2015@convention.co.jp. To prevent receiving spam emails, be sure to put [About Pre-Registration for Participation in CVIT2015] in the subject field.
*Your application for Pre-Registration will not be completed until the registration fee is paid.
2) On-site Registration
Please make payment at the On-site Registration Desk.
3. Payment Method
*All payment must be made in Japanese yen.
◎Credit Card
American Express, Visa, MasterCard, Diners Club and JCB are acceptable.
4. Confirmation/Receipt
The confirmation letter will be printable online after completing the registration.
*NOTE
・Confirmation can be printed as many times as you want at anytime during registration by August 1, 2015.
・A receipt is handed to you at the congress venue.
*Please remember to bring this confirmation letter with you when you register and pick up your materials upon arrival at the congress venue.
5. Cancellation Policy
