Guidelines for Attendees
Registration

Registration Fees: Members 23,000 JPY Non-Members, Corporate Employees and others 28,000 JPY Co-Medical/ Healthcare Professionals 6,000 JPY Trainees (within 2 years after the graduation) / Students Free* * Trainees and Students must provide a photocopy of a valid and current ID as proof of status.
Name Cards
Participants will receive a name badge when they check in at the registration desk. Badges must be worn at all times during the meeting. They must also be worn at social programs organized as part of the meeting. When you receive the name card, please write your name and affiliation on it. (Please note that regardless of the circumstances, entry will not be possible without the card.)
In addition, the name card will serve as a certificate of attendance, which proves your participation in the meeting.
Furthermore, since the certificate cannot be re-issued, be careful not to lose it and hold onto it after the conclusion of the meeting.
●For on-site registration
Please come to the Registration Desk to receive your name card.
Upon payment of the registration fee at the desk, you will receive a name card with an official stamp, which will officially certify your participation of the Meeting.
●For pre-registration
Please print out registration confirmation email sent upon completion of your registration with payment and visit the Registration Desk with this confirmation during the opening times (see above) to receive a name card with an official stamp.
Congress Bag
Meeting participants receive a congress bag ticket when they check in at the registration desk. Please bring your congress bag ticket to pick up a congress bag at the desk near the registration. The Congress Bag Desk is open during the registration operation hours (see above)
Official languages
English and Japanese
The sessions marked J will be conducted in Japanese, and the ones marked E will be conducted in English.
Simultaneous interpretation will be provided in the sessions marked listed in the Program at a Glance.Book of Abstracts

Luncheon Seminars
Vouchers can be obtained at the following locations during the following hours. Please note the vouchers are valid for only the Luncheon Seminars held on the same day as issued.

* Reservations can be made in advance via the homepage. The number of vouchers reserved by attendees will be attached to the name card issued on the day of attendance.
* Please note vouchers will only be distributed for the Luncheon Seminars, and will not be distributed for Coffee-Break seminar and any other seminar.
* Please go to the site directly in time for each seminar. Please also note that amount of food and beverages for the seminars are limited.

- Except for the designated eating areas (Luncheon and Coffee-Break Seminars), eating is prohibited in all meeting rooms
- Please note that suits and ties are not strictly required. Dress appropriately according to the weather.
