Call for Abstracts

The organizing committee of the 2nd Japan-Korea Diabetes Forum invites all interested participants to submit abstracts for the oral or poster presentations. All abstracts will undergo peer review by the Review Committee and will be accepted for oral presentation or poster presentation. All applicants are required to register and pay the registration fee along when submitting the abstract.

♦ Submission deadline: Monday, December 22, 2014 (12:00 noon JST)
Friday, January 30, 2015 (12:00 JST)
Abstract submission has been closed. Thank you very much for your application.
· To submit an abstract, sign in from the "Abstract Submission" link at the bottom of this page and follow the instructions.
· Please make sure to keep your password, log-in ID (e-mail address) and your abstract receipt number.
· To make any changes to your entry, use your own password and ID to log in to your personal abstract submission page.
· Please note that changes are only accepted until 12:00 noon, December 22, 2014. Friday, January 30, 2015 (12:00 JST) Note: We are unable to issue new passwords or ID if these are lost.

Abstract Submission Guidelines

Please carefully review the following submission guidelines prior to submitting an abstract

1) Abstracts must be written in English.
2) The text should be arranged according to the following headlines: Objective, Methods, Results and Conclusion.
3) Title should be less than 120 characters including space, and abstract body except author’s name and affiliations should be less than 250 words.
4) Tables and figures are not to be included in the abstract.
5) Notification will be sent to your registered e-mail address after completion of submission. If you do not receive confirmation, it indicates that your submission was incomplete and you need to e-mail us. (Abstract number will be provided later)
6) It is the responsibility of the presenting author and the submitter to review submission of their own submitted abstract and to make corrections if necessary. Submitters are responsible for any typing error in the abstract. After an abstract has been submitted, modifications can be made until the abstract submission deadline.
7) To withdraw an abstract, the author must send an e-mail request along with the abstract number to Abstract Submission Support at jkd2@convention.co.jp
8) In principle, the first author must be a corresponding author. If the co-author is the point of contact, please provide the person's name, email address to Abstract Submission Support at jkd2@convention.co.jp

Notice of Acceptance

The acceptance status will be noticed via e-mail by mid March 2015.
