Pre-Registration will be only accepted by E-mail with the Pre-Registration Form.
Pre-Registration Deadline: April 3, 2015(JST) April 17 12:00 (JST), 2015 April 20 10:00 (JST), 2015 Pre-Registration has been closed.

If participants miss Pre-Registration, On-Site Registration will be available at the venue.

On-Site Registration Desk

Registration desk is located at Kaikyo Messe Shimonoseki.
On-site registration is set for : May. 21 (Thu) - 22 (Fri)

Registration Fee

12,000 JPY for Pre-Registration (before April 3, 2015)
15,000JPY for On-Site Registration

Payment

Payment must be made in Japanese yen with a credit card (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, American Express, and Diners Club). No other type of payment is accepted.
* Please note that ALL transfer charges must be paid by participants.

Confirmation of Registration

Confirmation will be sent out after completion of registration and payment. Please print your confirmation of registration out and bring it to the venue to pick up a name badge, certificate of attendance and receipt.
Please be sure to bring a Confirmation to the venue.
*Name Card and Receipt will not be sent out prior to the conference

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Changes and cancellation of registration must be confirmed to the Registration Desk either by fax or e-mail.
No Refund after completion of registration.

Travel Support

Travel Grant: 50,000 JPY+ accommodations during attendance at the meetings from May 20 to May 23

Eligibility

Applicants must be the first author of the submitted abstract. Only one applicant is eligible for each accepted abstract. Applicants must be below 45 years of age at the time of the forum.

Application Procedure

Those who are eligible and wish to apply for the Travel Support are required to notify the Organiznes at the time of the abstract submission. The organizing Committee will select the awardees.

Notification

Applicants will receive an e-mail notification of results with detailed information. Funds will be provided to the applicant on-site at the venue. Applicants are asked to book their own accommodations via Guidance to Stay. The Organizing Committee will not book your accommodation.
