The first author must complete a pre-registration including payment by credit card, to make presentation.
International participants in the meeting are also asked to make pre-registration and complete payment.

Cancellation

No cancellation will be accepted once the payment has been made, and fees once paid will not be refunded under any circumstances.

Insurance

The organizing committee assumes no responsibility for accidents or damage to the private property of participants. Please make your own arrangements for health insurance and any other necessary insurance.

On-site Registration

On-site registration will be also available at the venue during the conference.
The registration fee must be paid in Japanese Yen.
Registration fee: JPY 20,000.
