In principle, the presenting author must be a member of the Japanese Pharmacological Society (JPS). To acquire a membership in JPS, visit the following JPS website.

Fill in the "Abstract Submission Form" and submit it by e-mail to the Conference Secretariat Office (jps90@convention.co.jp). The subject of the e-mail should be "Abstract submission: Presenting author's name". The submission fee is JPY 3,000 / paper and is required at the time of abstract submission.
Early-registration is required before the abstract submission. For this registration, click here and follow the on-screen instructions. Early-registration and abstract submission must be completed by November 1, 2016.
Those who wish to apply for the Annual Meeting Outstanding Presentation Awards, check the box in the submission form.
Use "Abstract Submission Form" as a template to prepare the abstract.
Choose between oral and poster presentation at the time of abstract submission. However, the final decision on the presentation style will be made by the conference secretariat. Oral presentation and poster presentation can be given in either Japanese or English.
However, applicants for the Annual Meeting Outstanding Presentation Awards and Nano Symposium should give their presentations in English. Poster should be prepared in English.
Candidates for this award will be chosen from oral presentations. Applicants must be under age of 36 or have 5 years of career in research in the field of pharmacology as of April 1, 2017. Up to two applications can be accepted from each laboratory.
Nano Symposium is oral presentation with longer discussion time than general oral presentation. Presentations should be any one of the following themes: 1. Life style related diseases 2. Pain 3. Cancer 4. Immunological diseases 5. Ischemia and neuronal diseases 6. Others
Those who wish to apply for Nano symposium, please select Nano Symposium - Outstanding presentation Awards entry.
Only five speakers for each theme will be accepted.
All the selected-presenters in Nano Symposium will be candidates for Outstanding Presentation Award.
The application should be no more than 2 submissions from each laboratory.
The applicants must be under age of 40 (male) and 45 (female) at research of Pharmacology at the point of April 1, 2017.
Those who are not be elected for Nano Symposium can present as Oral presenters.
The final decision on the presentation style will be made by the conference secretariat.
Those who wish to apply for Student Session, please select Student Session.
All presenters in Student Session will be candidates for Student Session Outstanding Presentation Award. The applicants can also apply for general oral presentation.
After receiving your Abstract Submission Form, a confirmation e-mail will be sent from the conference secretariat within a few business days. If you do not receive the e-mail, contact us at jps90@convention.co.jp.
Applicants will be notified via e-mail about their abstract acceptance, presentation style and presentation schedule once the program has been finalized. The e-mail will be sent in the end of January, 2017.
Participants coming from abroad should pick up a program book and a name tag on site at the front desk.
