Oral and Poster Presenters / Students' Sessions / Nano Symposia

Regardless of members or non-members of the Japanese Pharmacological Society (JPS), all speakers of the Oral and Poster Sessions / Students' Sessions / Nano Symposia shall register on-line through this page after an abstract submission. All payment must be received by the cutoff date. All early registrations will be completed upon receipt of your registration and other applicable fees. Early Registration has been closed.

• A program book and a name tag with a receipt printed will be mailed to the registered contact address by the end of February, 2017 to all registrants who have completed the early registration and all dues received by Thursday, Feb. 2 Thursday, Feb. 9, 2017, in which case, there is no need to stop by at the registration desk on the conference day. Please note that your early registration will be voided, if payment is not confirmed by the due date.
  *Please be sure to bring your name tag with you to the conference. Name tags will not be re-issued under any circumstance.
• The early participant registration will be closed at 23:59 (JST) on Thursday, Feb. 2 Thursday, Feb. 9, 2017. It is highly recommended to allow ample time before the cutoff date to process all early registrations. Please note that last minute registrations may fail to go through due to high on-line traffic.
• No early registration will be accepted after 23:59, Thursday, Feb. 2 Thursday, Feb. 9, 2017. Those who failed to make an early registration are asked to register on site.
• The registration fees for graduate students are ¥3,000 (early reg.) or ¥4,000 (on site). Those graduate students who wish to make an early registration must enter the name of your supervisor in the personal information section.
  *If you wish to register on site, your graduate student ID must be presented at the registration desk.
• The registration fees for undergraduate students are ¥1,000 (early reg.) or ¥2,000 (on site). Those undergraduate students who wish to make an early registration must enter the name of your supervisor in the personal information section.
  *If you wish to register on site, your undergraduate student ID must be presented at the registration desk.
• The abstract registration fee for Student Sessions that are set as part of the Career Support Program for Young Researchers is free of charge.
• The dinner party is scheduled as below.
  Date & Time: starting at 7:00pm (tentative), Thursday, March 16, 2017
  Place: Hotel New Nagasaki (14-5, Daikoku-machi, Nagasaki)
  We kindly ask you to register for the dinner party during the early registration term.
• Please note that registration and other applicable dues are non-refundable under any circumstance, Be sure to avoid duplicate registration.

On-site registrations take place at the General Information desk at Nagasaki Brick Hall on the 1st floor.
