On-site Registration Fees

Luncheon Seminars

Box Lunches will be provided at the Luncheon Seminars. As supply is limited, tickets will be issued (first-come, first-served) at the Luncheon Seminar Ticket Desk. Ticket Desk is located in the Foyer, 2F, Nagasaki Brick Hall.

• Each day, distribution will cease when all tickets are distributed.
• Tickets will be invalid 5 min after the session starts. Be sure to arrive at the Luncheon Seminar Room in good time.

Cloakroom

Please use the Cloakroom in the Entrance Hall, 1F, Nagasaki Brick Hall. Please note that we cannot accept any valuables, fragile items or umbrellas.

Self-service (payment required) photocopying and fax facilities are available. (Office, 4F, Nagasaki Brick Hall)

Meals

Please use the restaurants inside and near the meeting venue. Box lunches will be provided at the Luncheon Seminars as well as snacks at the morning workshops (limited numbers).

Use of Cameras and Videos

Use of any electronic equipment such as camcorders and mobile phones to record presentations is strictly prohibited.

Paging Service

No paging service is available at the meeting venue. Please use the message board near the Registration Desk (Entrance Hall, 1F, Nagasaki Brick Hall).

Smoking

Smoking is prohibited in the meeting venue except in the designated smoking areas.

Pharmacist Training Courses Stickers

The 90th Annual Meeting of the Japanese Pharmacological Society is a course of lectures authorized by the Japan Pharmacists Education Center. Stickers will be issued at the Registration Desk (Entrance Hall,1F, Nagasaki Brick Hall).

• Stickers will be given on the day of participation only.

Buffet-Style Banquet

• On-site registration for the Banquet is available at the Registration Desk, or in the venue from 18:00.
• The Shuttle Bus will be provided from Nagasaki Brick Hall to the Banquet Venue. The boarding time is 17:50 p.m.
• Please wear your name card for the Banquet at the venue.
• Please ask the staff if you lose or forget your name card.

Meeting for Young Scientists

• The outstanding student presentation prize will be selected among all the presentations in the "Student Sessions" operated by students.
• Although "the Networking Event" between students and senior researchers is free to participate, the registration is required. Snacks and beverages will be served (only for limited amount).

Exhibitions (Pharmaceuticals, Equipment, Academia, Books)

• The Book Exhibition is located in the Entrance Hall (1F, Nagasaki Astopia)

"Open Innovation in Drug Discovery" Project

Information on the "Open Innovation in Drug Discovery" Project will be provided by Oral Presentations and Exhibitions. (Oral Presentation will be in Japanese.) Individual consultations will also be provided.

The Outstanding Oral Presentation Award

The award is for young researchers. On March 17 (Fri) 14:30, the names of the award winners will be posted on the Information Board located in the Entrance Hall (1F, Nagasaki Brick Hall) and posted on the slide in the Room A (Main Hall, 1F, Nagasaki Brick Hall). After the 90 JPS meeting, we will send the certificate of achievement and the supplementary prize for the award winners by mail.

The Outstanding Nano Symposium Presentation Award

Outstanding Nano Symposium Presentation Award winners will be selected among presenters in the Public Nano Symposia. On March 17 (Fri) 14:30, the names of the award winners will be posted on the Information Board located in the Entrance Hall (1F, Nagasaki Brick Hall) and posted on the slide in the Room A (Main Hall, 1F, Nagasaki Brick Hall). After the 90 JPS meeting, we will send the certificate of achievement and the supplementary prize for the award winners by mail.

The Outstanding Student Presentation Award

Outstanding student presentation award winners will be selected among presenters in the young scientist career building support program/the student sessions. On March 17 (Fri) 14:30, the names of the award winners will be posted on the Information Board located in the Entrance Hall (1F, Nagasaki Brick Hall) and posted on the slide in the Room A (Main Hall, 1F, Nagasaki Brick Hall). After the 90 JPS meeting, we will send the certificate of achievement and the supplementary prize for the award winners by mail.

Extension Lecture Open to the Public

• Pharmacist Training Courses seals of the Japan Pharmacists Education Center will be issued (1 Unit). Please bring your pharmacist training notebook.
